Plan a trip to Blackpool Gang Show into your programme

Bringing your Group/Section to see Blackpool Gang Show is an excellent way to enjoy a quality performance in one of the most loved theatres in the Country.  Plus, by promoting awareness of the show to your young people it may inspire them to become involved in the future.

Here are some ideas to include in your section programme either before or after your visit to the theatre.

Squirrels, Beavers, Rainbows, Cubs & Brownies

🎭 Make Good Luck cards to send to cast members.

🎭 Learn the words and moves to ‘Crest of a Wave’ and sing to an audience.

🎭 Design a poster to advertise the show and share with the Gang Show team. 

Cubs, Brownies, Scouts & Guides

🎭 Find out about the history of the Grand Theatre and/or Blackpool Gang Show and present a report or give a talk.

🎭 Design a costume for an item in the show.

🎭 Devise a comedy sketch and perform it to your Group.

🎭 A famous Gang Show song is called ‘We’ve been making memories’. Discuss what are your best memories.

Scouts & Guides

🎭 Write a review of the show, giving it a star rating out of 5, and send to the Gang Show Team. 

🎭 Research various styles of dancing then choose one and perform a routine.

Explorers & Rangers

🎭 Using ideas and themes from the show ‘re-stage’ some items and present to an audience.

🎭 Create social media content to promote Gang Show and share with the Gang Show team.

Network

🎭 Interview cast and crew for a newsletter/website article for a written article or short film, work with the Gang Show media team. 

🎭 Become a ‘Gang Show Champion’ and actively promote the show, get in touch with us for more details.
